Hardware commands in Linux operating system

Hardware commands are very useful for beginners or who are getting ready technical assistants or technical support profiles in companies. These commands are not only for the professionals even beginners also want to learn something hardware in the Linux operating system.

lscpu = This command will tell you the current or ongoing process in the computer.

lshw = This command will display the hardware which is used in the computer. 

hdparm = It will print the details about the SSD or HDD information in the terminal.

free = This command will check the free memory in the RAM

 /proc = It will print the directory of the file in terminal.

mount = It will display the accesories which are mounted or unmounted in the computer. 

fdisk = It will print the details about the disk in the computer.

uname = It will print the user name in terminal

uname -s = It will print the software name.

uname -r = It will print the release version.

uname -m = It will print the machine architecture.
